REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 5 days. If more than 5 days has passed since your payment was processed on our web site, unfortunately we can't offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us at takecontrol@hotline2u.com within 5 days after the payment transaction date.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your monthly service will be cancelled and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at takecontrol@hotline2u.com.
